Here at Made By Middletons we love to create custom framed artwork for loved ones or for your own home. We’ve worked with many wonderful customers over the last few years to bring their ideas to life, creating picture frames for special occasions such as a new home, the birth of a baby and more.

How it works

We ask for a £5 deposit when booking in custom orders. We’ll always discuss the total price of your custom order at the beginning of working together but the items in our shop are a good way to get an idea of our pricing in general. However, feel free to email or message us on Facebook if you’d to get a quote before booking anything in.

Head over to our create your custom order product page and add this to your basket. Once you’re ready, head to your basket and checkout. You’ll be asked to fill in your details and at the bottom of the page you’ll see the ‘checkout notes’ section. Please add your custom order requirements here and explain what it is you’re looking for.

Once we’ve received your order we’ll be in touch to say hello and discuss your requirements further.

We’ll bring everything to life and create your custom order, checking in with you as we go to make sure you’re happy. Custom orders take approximately 14 days to create (not including delivery times) but this may take a little longer during busier times of the year.

Once your custom order is complete we’ll ask you to pay the remaining balance as well as for delivery (a flat fee of £4.50 via Royal Mail) before we package it up safely and send it out to you.
